1. The display cabinet should be placed in a freezer on a flat ground, although the use environment is better. Do not lie down. The indoor environment where the display freezer is placed should be well ventilated and dry. The top of the freezer should be more than 50cm from the ceiling, the left and right sides should be more than 20cm away from other objects, and the front should be more than 20cm away from other objects.
2. Newly purchased or moved display cabinets should stand for 2 to 6 hours before turning on. Before use, the empty cabinet should be energized and run for 2 to 6 hours, and it cannot be started immediately after shutdown. Wait for more than 5 minutes to avoid burning the compressor. Generally, the gear position of the thermostat of the freezer needs to be adjusted appropriately according to the season, ambient temperature, and usage.
3. It is more appropriate to place the thermostat at 5″ or 6″ in summer; in spring and autumn, it is more appropriate to place the thermostat at 3″ or 4″. When using the freezer, try to reduce the number of door openings and shorten the time for accessing food. Hot food must be cooled to room temperature before being placed in the freezer. For indirect air-cooled refrigerators, do not keep food too close to the air outlet when storing food.
4. For direct cooling type refrigerators, when the frost thickness reaches 5 mm, manual defrosting is required. Routine maintenance: clean the compressor and condenser regularly. Clean the freezer regularly at least once every 2 months. When cleaning the freezer, cut off the power first, scrub gently with neutral detergent and water, and then dipped in clean water to wipe off the detergent.
