1. Cherishing the equipment can extend its lifespan. It is recommended to use it steadily at 80% of the mixing capacity to reduce vulnerability, such as wear on V-belts. Users should regularly check the tension of V-belts to ensure proper tightness. If they are too loose, slipping may occur, significantly affecting belt lifespan. The machine is equipped with adjustable devices.
2. Large ice blocks or frozen dough can cause severe collisions between the spiral hook and mixing drum, resulting in permanent mechanical damage. For electrical components, it triggers overload reactions accelerating aging. Remember not to directly place them in the drum. Ice blocks should not exceed a diameter of 2cm; otherwise, resulting losses are not covered under warranty. (Strongly recommend using ice water)
3. To maintain cleanliness, the exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth. Note that the waterproof rating of this machine is IPX1; therefore, water should not be directly sprayed on the top and side frames.
4. If the floor is too smooth, rubber pads for slip and shock resistance should be added between the machine’s feet and the ground. If the machine is found to be shaking during operation, it needs to be readjusted.
5. The safety frame must automatically stop when raised; otherwise, the micro switch needs repair to ensure safety.
6. The direction of rotation of the spiral hook, as viewed from the top down, is specified as counterclockwise. When connecting the cables, pay attention to phase sequence requirements; otherwise, the dough may be hooked out of the drum.
7. In case of emergency shutdown, the safety net on the Safety mesh guard can be lifted.
