1.Daily maintenance involves wiping the exterior of the furnace to maintain overall cleanliness and appearance. However, do not use direct water streams for cleaning (this machine has a waterproof rating of IPX4). When wiping near the electrical box, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
2.Monthly, conduct regular inspections of the drive belts for wear and adjust their tension accordingly. Check the lubricating oil in the gearbox, and promptly address low oil levels or excessive oil contamination.
3.Strictly adhere to the instructions in the manual.
4.After 300/500 hours of use, clean and change the oil in the gearbox. Subsequently, change the worm gear oil (or hypoid gear oil) every 850/1500 hours. Before starting the machine each day, check if the gearbox oil level is sufficient.
5.Weekly (or as necessary), clean the baking chamber to remove oil and residues. Disconnect the power during cleaning to prevent accidental activation due to contact with the door limit switch, which may cause the turntable to rotate unexpectedly.
6.The lifting plate under the door relies on lubricating oil for normal operation, so it must be removed monthly to add sufficient lubricating oil.
7.Lubricate the high-temperature trolley wheels with high-temperature grease at least once a month.
8.Inspect the electrical terminal connections weekly for signs of rust or looseness and promptly rectify any abnormalities.
9.For rotary furnaces equipped with water spray devices, check the nozzle and drainage pipe connections weekly.
10.The first furnace baking may require higher temperatures or longer times, but once the internal and external temperatures are balanced, normal operation can proceed.

A.The angle requirements for the smoke exhaust duct are as follows: The angle of the smoke exhaust duct elbow is specified as 120°, with a height of 3000 millimeters. For every decrease of 10° in the elbow angle, the height of the smoke exhaust duct must increase by 1000 millimeters. The minimum angle for the elbow cannot be less than 100°. (If the angle of the elbow is too small, it will cause poor smoke exhaust).
