1. At the end of each workday, it is essential to clean the plastic disc to prevent food from molding or corroding the machine head. The specific cleaning steps are as follows:
2. Turn off the power switch, remove the locking pin, lift the machine head (as shown in the figure below), press down the pressure tube, pull out the handle knife guard, exposing the blade. Use a brush and cloth to clean the blades, blade holders, dough box, and rolling disc.
3. After cleaning, release the pressure tube and lower the machine head.
4. Secure the locking pin.
5. Routine maintenance:
6. Lubricate the machine head with food-grade grease; do not use ordinary machine oil.
7. Every three months or when oil leakage is detected, check the sliding shaft base of the rolling disc. If the oil level is below 1cm from the sliding surface, add 32# lubricating oil, not exceeding 2cm above the sliding surface.
8. Every 30 working days (for new machines, every ten working days) or if the rolling action is delayed, check if the drive belt is too loose. If it is too loose, loosen the motor fixing bolts, adjust the motor to the appropriate tension of the belt, and tighten the motor.
