1. After each use, it is essential to promptly clean the cylinder body, blade holder, blades, and inner surface of the upper cover. Use a cotton cloth dipped in vegetable oil for cleaning. Sunflower oil or olive oil can also be used; salad oil is strictly prohibited!
2. Method for cleaning the blade holder and blades:
(1) Open the machine upper cover and symmetrically place the four tubes provided with the machine on the blade holder. Note! Do not place them on the blades.
(2) Cover the machine upper cover and tighten it. Press the up button to raise the blades, lowering the blade holder to the lowest position and raising the blades to the highest position.
(3) Turn off the power, open the upper cover, and clean the blades and blade holder.
3. Clean the exterior of the machine at least once a week. Use a sponge dipped in dishwashing detergent for cleaning, then wipe the surface dry with a clean damp cloth. Note! Do not directly rinse with water from a hose.
4. Clean the interior of the machine at least once a week: The cleaning method is the same as for cleaning the blade holder and blades. Then open the door locks on both sides of the machine, open the side panels to fully view the internal structure of the machine, turn off the power, and use a brush to clean all corners of the interior, removing dough scraps and flour.
5. Check the hydraulic oil level of the hydraulic device every three months. Specific method:
(1) Lower the blade holder and blades to the lowest position, then turn off the power and open the door locks on both sides of the machine to access the hydraulic device.
(2) Open the oil filler cap on top of the hydraulic device and measure the hydraulic oil level using a dipstick (or a clean screwdriver).
(3) The minimum oil level in the oil tank should be 2cm. If it is lower than 2cm, promptly add hydraulic oil to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
